Blood Collection study
Inclusion Criteria:
- Ability to understand and provide written informed consent
- Age ≥ 50 years
- Current or Former Smoker
- ≥ 20 pack-years (pack years = number of packs per day X number of years smoked)
- Prior thoracic imaging (computed tomography (CT)) within 12 months of enrollment OR Planned thoracic imaging (CT) as part of standard of care within 6 weeks of enrollment
Urine Collection Study - Healthy
Inclusion Criteria:
- Age ≥ 21 years
- Recently been seen by a Primary care Doctor in the last year
Asthma
Inclusion Criteria:
- The participant is an adult female or male ≥18 years of age.
- The participant has a diagnosis of asthma for at least 6 months and has been stable without exacerbation or change in medications for at least 1 month..
- Current Asthma Therapy: The participant has been maintained for at least 1 month on stable doses of:
- medium or high dose inhaled corticosteroids (ICS)±another controller.
- any fixed dose combination ICS (low, medium, or high) with long-acting beta agonist (LABA)±another controller.
Gastroparesis
Inclusion Criteria:
- Adult patients with diabetic or idiopathic gastroparesis
- Symptoms consistent with gastroparesis (nausea, vomiting, early satiety, post-prandial fullness, and abdominal pain)
- Documented evidence of no mechanical obstruction
- Delayed gastric emptying as demonstrated by gastric scintigraphy or breath test
Bronchiectasis
Inclusion Criteria:
- The participant is an adult female or male 18-85 years of age.
- Have symptoms of bronchiectasis, such as persistent cough, chronic sputum (mucus/saliva mix) production, fatigue, difficulty breathing, or frequent respiratory infections
- Have previously taken antibiotic medication for your lung condition
Gastroparesis
Inclusion Criteria:
· Diagnosed with gastroparesis
· Demonstrated delayed gastric emptying
· Presence of moderate to severe nausea
· Body Mass Index (BMI) of ≥18 and ≤40 kg/m2
COPD
Inclusion criteria:
- Participants with a physician
diagnosis of COPD who meet the following criteria at screening:- Current or former smokers with a smoking history of ≥10 pack-years.
- Patient-reported history of signs and symptoms of chronic bronchitis (chronic productive cough) for 3 months in the year up to screening in the absence of other known causes of chronic cough.
- Documented history of high exacerbation risk defined as exacerbation history of ≥2 moderate or ≥1 severe within the year prior to inclusion.
- Background triple therapy (ICS + LABA + LAMA) for 3 months prior to randomization with a stable dose of medication for ≥1 month prior to Visit 1; Double therapy (LABA + LAMA) allowed if ICS is contraindicated.
COPD
Inclusion Criteria:
- Documented physician diagnosis of COPD for at least 12 months
- History of frequent exacerbations, defined as having had two or more moderate or severe exacerbations occurring within a 12-month period in the 24 months prior to screening
- Current or former smoker with a minimum of 10 pack-year history
- History of one of the following combinations of optimized, stable, standard-of-care COPD maintenance therapy for at least 4 weeks prior to screening, with no anticipated changes in therapy prior to initiation of study drug and throughout the study: Inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) plus long-acting beta-agonist (LABA); Long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) plus LABA; ICS plus LAMA plus LABA
Narcolepsy
Inclusion Criteria:
- Male or female subjects between 15 and 75 years of age, inclusive
- Primary diagnosis of narcolepsy with cataplexy
- Willing and able to comply with the study requirements
