COPD Study

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Age ≥ 40 years
  • Former Smoker
  • ≥ 10 pack-years (pack years = number of packs per day X number of years smoked)
  • Prior chest CT scan, or willingness to perform one in first weeks of study
  • COPD Diagnosis for at least 12 months
  • Current use of dual therapy or triple therapy maintenance medication for COPD

COPD Study: 1 Moderate Exacerbation

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Age ≥ 40 years
  • Current or Former Smoker
  •  ≥10 Pack years (pack years = number of packs per day X number of years smoked)
  • COPD Diagnosis for at least 12 months
  • Have Experienced 1 Moderate Exacerbation in the past year
  • Current use of dual or triple therapy maintenance medication for COPD

COPD Study: 2+ Moderate or 1+ Severe Exacerbation

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Age ≥ 40 years
  • Current or Former Smoker
  •  ≥10 Pack years (pack years = number of packs per day X number of years smoked)
  • COPD Diagnosis for at least 12 months
  • Have Experienced only 1 Moderate Exacerbation in the past year
  • Current use of dual or triple therapy maintenance medication for COPD

Gastroparesis

Inclusion Criteria:

 

  • Adult patients with diabetic or idiopathic gastroparesis
  • Symptoms consistent with gastroparesis (nausea, vomiting, early satiety, post-prandial fullness, and abdominal pain)
  • Documented evidence of no mechanical obstruction
  • Delayed gastric emptying as demonstrated by gastric scintigraphy or breath test

Narcolepsy + Idiopathic Hypersomnia

Inclusion Criteria:

 

    • The participant is an adult female or male at least 18 years of age.
    • Have a documented diagnosis of Narcolepsy Type 1 or 2. Alternatively, have a diagnosis of Idiopathic Hypersomnia
    • Willing to keep sleep diary during the study
